REFUND & CANCELLATION

REVIVE HOLISTIC LLC

1. General Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with REVIVE HOLISTIC LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for wellness retreats.
Due to the nature of retreat planning, which involves non-recoverable costs, all participants are required to review and agree to this policy prior to booking.

2. Retreat Pricing & Payment Structure

• Total Retreat Cost: $5,000 USD
• Non-refundable Deposit: $1,000 USD
• The deposit secures your spot and covers administrative, accommodation, and preparation costs.
• The remaining balance may be paid in full or via approved payment plans.

3. Deposit Policy
The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal schedule changes
• Medical issues
• Travel disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

4. Cancellation by ParticipantCancellations made more than 45 days before the retreat start date:

• The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable
• Any additional payments made will be refunded in full

Cancellations made 45 days or less before the retreat start date:

• No refunds will be issued
• However, at the Company’s discretion, you may:
• Transfer your spot to a future retreat (credit valid for one retreat within 12 months), or
• Transfer your spot to another individual 

5. No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend the retreat without prior written cancellation (“no-show”), no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Force Majeure
REVIVE HOLISTIC LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government travel restrictions
• Airline cancellations

In such cases:

• Refunds are not guaranteed
• A retreat credit or transfer may be offered at the Company’s discretion

7. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that REVIVE HOLISTIC LLC cancels the retreat:

• Participants will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the deposit
• OR
• The option to transfer payments to a future retreat (participant’s choice)

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason that is covered under this policy.
Any chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal from the retreat
• Forfeiture of payments
• Legal or collection actions, where applicable

9. Agreement to Policy
By submitting a booking, payment, or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
